Sarah Honey Lawson
Sarah Honey Lawson started in the Health & Fitness industry back in 2008, training as a Fitness Instructor. After a career change, and four years as an Officer in the British Army, Sarah returned to Personal Training, and later trying as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
All too familiar with the struggles of a high pressured role, Sarah aims to help women transform from overwhelmed and undernourished to a state of balance, allowing them to truly thrive.
A firm believer in the non-diet mentality, Sarah’s focus is always on adopting healthy habits that make us feel great from the inside, out. With her background in physiology, she will always bring awareness back to the body, and helps her clients get back in touch with their intuition.
