I am a qualified Life Coach, with a particular personal interest in health and wellbeing, who is focused on helping people achieve the mindset and goals they desire.
In 2012 I qualified from Wellness Professionals at Work and since then I’ve been helping clients in all corners of the world to achieve their aims.
I’m an holistic, systemic and integrative thinker. I believe that sometimes we have to be strategic and sometimes we need to buckle down and take action, albeit a step at a time. What I increasingly appreciate is that people are multi-faceted with each facet impacting on the whole; and it is this cumulative and system wide integration that I find fascinating.
Changes in my own life have involved deeply personal, relationship, career and location based choices. Understanding why these need to happen and working out approaches to attain them is how I hope I bring clarity to what may feel like an unsettled situation.
The foundation of my own changes revolved around taking back control of my health and wellbeing. Being attentive to my own self-care continues to be a focal point of my daily and weekly activities.
I moved from London to the Sussex coast 10 years ago and consider this change in location as relevant in my daily wellbeing today as what I eat and the activities I do.

Life Coaching is a talking therapy focused on moving people forward; setting goals & objectives, creating ownership, focus, understanding and achieving balance by addressing what we want to change and how.
Life Coaching encompasses all aspects of life: career, business, relationships, personal growth, health, as well as where & how we want to live. Sometimes it’s about being targeted about a particular area and other times it is about tackling all of it!
Life Coaching as a part of our overall wellbeing allows us to appreciate what’s working well and what needs to be addressed in relation to our health and our quality of life.
Always working in a manner that is client led, Life Coaching allows people to fully understand why change needs to happen as well as how to be resilient with any change happening to them.
