I work with mothers to help them regain their vitality and learn to prioritise time for their well being so they can be the mother they want to be – without the guilt and exhaustion.
Being a mother of two, two years apart, I understand all too well the pressures of life and how it can drive a mother down a path of unhealthy habits. Uncontrollable weight gain, exhaustion, headaches/migraines and constipation are just some of the side effects that can occur which I can help reverse.
Abiding by the ‘Working with Clients’ clause in the EMCC Code of Ethics, I use behavioral coaching methods coupled with nutritional theories to successfully help my clients design a unique path to reach their goals. And being an active member of the UK Health Coaching Association means I am at the forefront of all things to do with the health coaching profession in the UK and accountable for my code of conduct.
Time is precious for my clients so I have created an online service that cuts out travel time and helps mothers squeeze me into their busy schedules. However, my experience also includes 1-2-1 coaching (face-to-face), workshops, speaking and consultation.
