I work with successful women, who are so busy juggling work, family and day to day commitments that their own health & wellbeing has taken a back seat. They are struggling with weight and ongoing health issues, which is leaving them exhausted and unhappy. If we look in the mirror and don’t recognise the person we have become, it can profoundly affect our confidence, our self esteem and our happiness.

My aim is to guide and empower these women to take their health back, to recover their youthful bodies, energy and health and a discover a renewed zest for life.

A bit about me
I have always loved food, and most of my earliest memories centre around it – including stirring cakes with my grandma and creating floury footprints throughout our house, as I practiced making scones and biscuits, aged about 4.

My formal training started out from a very scientific standpoint, and I gained a first class honours degree in Chemistry. However, even at that time – way before it was popular – I was practicing yoga, albeit from an early book from the 1970’s, belonging to my mum!

I have since broadened this and trained in a number of nutritional approaches, combined with other aspects of wellbeing, including yoga and massage – and have been lucky enough to have trained and studied with some of the most truly inspiring experts in the global health & wellbeing sector.

I have also spent over 20 years in the design industry. Whilst, for the most part I found this work exciting and inspiring, I also appreciate the toll that a high-paced work environment can take on our health and stress levels. And am passionate about creating healthier, happier workplace cultures.

I have continued to study and explore health, food & nutrition throughout my whole life – always eager to understand what makes me – and my clients – feel our best and gives us the most energy and joie de vivre. My personal study, experimentation, experience and understanding covers a wide range of therapies, including Ayurveda, naturopathy, acupuncture, homeopathy, pilates, Alexander technique & meditation, amongst many others.
