Born and raised in Italy, studied in the States and Venice University. Married to an Australian and living in London, mother of 3 boys. I am a multi-passionate soul who loves learning and researching. I inherited the passion for cooking and good food from my mother, who was an excellent cook, and the interest in food as medicine from my grandmother… I own hundreds of cookbooks (although I recently did a purge due to our house move!) and my interests span from Jamie Oliver to Alzheimer’s prevention, gut health and longevity studies. I came to health coaching through my own struggles with anxiety and digestive issues and I am extremely passionate in showing how you can eat well simply and cheaply. I am a great believer in organic agriculture, sustainability, eating local and seasonal produce.
