As a Health Coach I take a multifaceted approach to health and Wellness. I look beyond a good diet and take a whole person approach to Health and Wellness, including 8 interconnected elements;

• Job Satisfaction and Self Love
Together we will address what you value most from your well-being and use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, I will not dictate. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert.
Ultimately, working together will lead to permanent, positive changes.
Beyond my training in nutrition, health and wellness, I am also a qualified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with a 200hr RYT certification with the Yoga Alliance UK offering private and corporate classes.
