Claryn Nicholas is passionate about helping women to practice self-care to improve health and well-being. Working as a health professional for over 23 years, a mother to 2 teenage children, she is a very busy working mum. After a short illness, she realised the importance of self-care which she neglected for a long period of time. Determined to enhance her health and well-being, she decided to do an overhaul life transformation and studied to become a health coach in 2016.
During the course, she herself underwent a significant transformation to her own health and well-being in a holistic way through self-care practices which she has now embedded in her life. Through gradual lifestyle changes and daily self-care practices, her health and well-being has profoundly improved. She feels much happier, calmer and healthier person. She believes she is able to guide other women to feel empowered to embed self-care practices in their lives and achieve their ultimate wellness goals.
