After two careers and four children, my husband and I moved with our kids to Australia for two years. While there, I embarked on a journey beginning with diet and exercise, moving on to mindfulness and growth and culminating in health and energy like I never knew before – including the end of a lifetime of IBS. I learned how to heal my body through diet and exercise, nourish my soul with a spiritual practice and walk with my head held high because I had faced my fears, taken responsibility for my actions and embraced new challenges. I ‘learned that transformation is achievable through self care with benefits extending to those we love and those around us.
Upon returning to the UK, I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.
